Minimum Order value is defined by the local shops and it may vary from shop to shop. Some shop may specify a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery or provide complete free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order by the shop.

A customer logs onto the Shupple Platform, chooses the store to order and places an order directly to a particular store. The order transaction is between the customer and the store. The store can review the order list and confirm the available items, prices etc. On receiving customer confirmation, store will directly deliver to the customer against pre-paid orders or collect the cash on delivery.

We deeply understand retail business and have designed this platform to cater to both organized and unorganized retail business operations, small stores, medium stores and large chain stores. We want to ensure that even the smallest store owner, can get easily get onboarded to our platform, get modernized and offer great products and services to their customers without worrying about the platforms charges. We are currently charge an affordable fixed platform fee against each order received at the store. So if a store does not receive any order, then there are no monthly recurring charges or other charges to stores.
