Ingredients 

● Instant oats powder
● Sooji (Semolina)
● Split Bengal gram
● Spices - salt, mustard seeds, jeera, turmeric powder
● Dehydrated curry leaves
● Citric acid
● Baking soda

Directions to use - Nutritious Food, ready to serve in 3 simple steps 
1. In a vessel, add ½ cup of curd, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of Fittr Oats Idli Mix. Mix these ingredients rigorously till the batter is consistent. Add more water if required.
2. Grease the Idli molds with oil or ghee
3. Immediately, pour the batter into molds and cook in steam for 10-12 mins
